"This place is now my favorite sushi place in all of Scottsdale. The interior is beautiful and the sushi is phenomenal. We got a wide variety and it was all fresh and rolled tight. Service was great too. I'd highly recommend!"

"Excellent experience here yesterday for lunch! Our server was Jake and he was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant is very lovely and nestled in Gainey Ranch. We started with some Kirin and hot Sake. My friend ordered a rainbow roll and I had a ninja roll. The ninja roll was spicy yellowtail with more yellowtail on top, some jalapeño and sriracha. It was a little spicy and super tasty! The fish was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be back here soon!"
"An hidden gem of a sushi shop. They have great quality sushi dishes and the service is always amazing. If you go during the week they have a happy hour discounts. They also offer chop sticks for beginners/kids"
"Place has gone down hill the last year. They will nickel and dime you for any modifications, send you the wrong order with missing items and fish does not seem to taste fresh. Ordered for the poke tuna salad recently and asked for dressing on the side, for the 2nd time in a row my dressing was not on the side, it was missing the crab and just a blah salad. I also ordered the dragon roll but asked for no eel and asked for cream cheese and soy paper instead. Got charged 2.00 for masago (already on the roll) 1.00 for cream cheese and 2.00 for soy paper... $5 upcharge when I asked for no eel, which is the most expensive part of that roll. Sorry Yama, I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years, but this is my last time supporting this business... too many other great spots in the area"
