"Some of the sushi was pretty good. The special shrimp tempura roll was very good and the eel cucumber roll was good. However, the spicy tuna was the first spicy tuna I have never got liked. It tasted like actual canned tuna, but with a texture of bringing it through the blender. The atmosphere is a tad too dark, but the furniture seemed extremely outdated and the bathrooms and carpets look pretty dirty. Service was okay."

"I do not like giving bad reviews but I have to be completely honest here. We came here on a Monday. It’s happy hour all day which made me wonder the real quality of the sushi. I’ve never been to a real sushi place that is happy hour for the whole day so I was kind of happy, but… I want to keep this short but I don’t think I can. Trust me it’s worth reading. 1. The shumai and gyozas were pre packaged and frozen. (We confirmed with our hostess and could tell because it was all exactly the same size). The price for them was a sham considering they are pre package. 2. The parts of all their sushi that I ordered were pre cooked so it had been sitting out a while before it’s served. My pet peeve about sushi is when it’s not fresh. The fired lotus on the viva and the fried calamari were cold. 3. The sushi rice was cold. Real fresh sushi would have warm fresh sushi rice. 4. The chilli garlic tuna had this sauce that tasted more like a Mexican sauce like Tapatillo and not actual chilli garlic. 5. Fish was not fresh! It is Arizona I guess… land locked. I’m giving a 2 because customer service was good. If you want real fresh sushi this is not the place to get it. We also had the chicken wings which was the best. The rack in shrimp was overly breaded, also the ramen was not good. Tasted as if it had pre packaged seasoning in it but I barely had it so I’m not sure. Our cost was about $140."
