"Walked in the door for lunch just now and found 4-5 people in front of me. The gentleman behind the counter rudely yells to everyone…”you’ve got at least a 20 minute wait ahead of you.” Everyone starts to leave and he loudly follows up “that’s how we do that.” I’ve never left a poor review prior to this but regardless of reasoning, it is unacceptable to clear an entire restaurant and then be rude about it as folks are already leaving."
