"There comes a time in everyone's life when they've had their last lettuce taco or skimpy chicken wrap They put a Christmas tree but there's no heating today if you didn't bring a jacket. Doesn't bother me personally"
"Ordered on mobile app they didn't get the order filled right. Tried calling and using app to say food was missing. No one answered and app doesn't have any where to fix it. Food is supposed to hot they put ice cold ranch on hot food and put dessert next to hot food. Are plastic bags that expensive everything gets shoved into one plastic bag"
"I came here for lunch with my girlfriend. And we ordered two combos to go from inside of the building. It was lunch hour, true. Yet, it took them almost 20 minutes to get the order done and there were several people that ordered after us they got their meals before us. I was waiting for the food at the counter and I noticed the worker using the friar was grabbing tacos from the freezer with her bare hands. Also, on the fish sandwiches we ordered they used extremely old lettuce! Lord only knows what else they probably did. We ate the food anyway. I was hungry and didn't have time to talk to the manager. But anytime during lunch hour I'd advise to avoid this Jack in the Box."
