"Went last nigh 20 minutes before closing and the guy said they are all out of bread I knew he was lying because he asked if we had an online order I guess I should’ve ordered online then I then asked if we could buy a drink and he looked at me like he was annoyed and just gave me a cup for free it’s always something at this location last time me and my family got food it’s either rude employees or the food is drowned in vinegar too soggy to even eat and the bacon sometimes taste old like it’s been sitting out for days once we left he turned to open sign off and locked the door it was even closing time yet I get it you want to go home but I still had 20 mins to order it only takes 5 minutes to make!"

"Everything went wrong :( My order was to be picked up at 10:53am and I had to wait an hour at the location to get my order. Once I got back to the work place our order was wrong. We were missing 3 of our subs. We received the wrong items. Some of the items were labeled and some weren't. The ones that were labeled were labeled wrong. They kept taking orders instead of getting the backed up orders out."

"I order from this store at least once a week and the sandwiches are progressively getting worse. I specially order light oil and vinegar to avoid a soggy sandwich and the last one I got was not edible. It was basically a soup sandwich. This is disappointing because I love jersey mikes but it’s making it more difficult to order from this store"

"We ordered catering for pick up at 10 am for our lunch meeting today.. Walked in at 10, and our order was ready and waiting. The sandwiches were perfectly prepared for our custom order. Great experience and very easy to use the online ordering. We highly recommend this location, and will definitely use the online ordering for our upcoming meetings."
