"The new automated ordering system sucks. It asks too many questions and it repeats itself. They need to go back to a human taking orders. The food was cold. Fries were cold and one of the spicy chickens was old."

"This location of Carl's Jr has by far one of the rudest cashers working there they got my burger wrong they he has his own food sitting up on the burger warmer where it's only supposed to be customers food super unsanitary and he was rude when I got French toast sticks instead of my hand braided bacon Swiss chicken sandwich I work for Carl's Jr and no for sure that you're supposed to compensate the customers no matter what he refused to help me he refused to offer a replacement and he refused to give me a refund I had the receipt in hand as I had not even left the store yet his name is Giovanni I hope he gets fired soon I will be talking to corporate tonight Carl's Jr is something that I always look forward to I will never be back to this location again by far my worst experience at any Carl's Jr he also tried to flex on me and say that I'm not on his level you should be fired on the spot for talking to customers like that"

"Every single time I give Carls Jr a chance it’s a bomb. Regardless of the location. If it’s not a failure in service, it’s some mechanical issue such as air conditioning or just plain awful food or a combination of all of it. . Today I bought a California combo. The burger was embarrassingly small (shame on you) but to top that off the patty’s were not just cold but way overcooked and hard as a rock. The tomato slice was bigger. The fries were just that, Fries. Sadly I have decided that Carls Jr is just not for me. Regarding the business itself. Nothing speaks more loudly than a building with so much space for occupancy and not a single customer in sight besides me."

"They forgot one of the burgers. The burger they did give us had two top buns instead of a top and bottom. Drive through You actually order from a robotic voice fake person. Should have known they would mess up the order. Maybe the universe telling me to eat healthier."

"I used to love Carl's Jr but after this visit I, probably, won't ever eat there again. This location has sad decor, a beyond sad staff. The manager who came out to fix an issue with customer before me came across like a straight up bad person. ..the cashier rang up 3 wrong items and it was an honest mistake because customer was super difficult. She went out of her way to try to make it eogitn It took nearly 20 minutes to un-do the error that the cashier made because another cashier tried to help and jammed up the terminal. Had to reboot the system The native cashier guy was also super high. I could add 10 more beyond bad issues for this half hour visit but I won't. Corporate needs to look into this location!"
