"Having visited George and Dragon Restaurant and Bar several times, I feel compelled to share my mixed experiences and, more specifically, my recent terrible visits. It's important to note that while some of my family and friends have had both positive and negative experiences here, I unfortunately say the same for my last two visits. First and foremost, the customer service during these visits was truly disappointing. In particular, I had the displeasure of encountering a lady named Chelsea Selway, who displayed a level of disrespect and rudeness that was truly uncalled for. It's disheartening when the people responsible for creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests fail to do so. Additionally, I found the quality of the food and drinks to be below par. Considering the reputation of the establishment, I had higher expectations, but unfortunately, they were not met. The flavors were lackluster, and the presentation left much to be desired. While it's disheartening to have such negative experiences, I believe it's important to provide honest feedback to encourage improvement. I hope that the management of George and Dragon Restaurant and Bar takes this review seriously and addresses the issues at hand. It's crucial for any establishment to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that the quality of their offerings meets expectations. I sincerely hope that future visitors have a more positive experience and that the necessary steps are taken to rectify these issues promptly."
