"Greatly appreciative of the entire team tonight. Everything from the meal to the servers particularly the bartender for taking our table in addition to everything else she was handling we were Beyond well taken care of. Shift manager went over and Beyond to accommodate the rush of customers. Would definitely recommend this one over other locations. Thank you to everyone on staff tonight we appreciate you.."

"Should have known better than to try Applebee’s. The service was very slow and the food was atrocious. The marinara sauce for our mozzarella sticks was messy and looked like it had been scooped in a hurry. We decided to not even touch it as it also seemed super cold. Sticks were cold and rubbery. I ordered the 3 cheese pasta and the chicken had an odd taste and the pasta was not well seasoned. The burger was wet and messy with too much sauce and the onion rings were under seasoned. The drinks were also too sugary and didn’t feel like they had any alcohol. Immediately when we tried to order, the waitress rudely said the kitchen was taking a long time with the food as if expecting us to complain to try to avoid it. We paid almost $65 ($80 with tip) and we left hungry. One of the worst dining experiences of my life. I don’t expect super quality from Applebees but at the very least was expecting a standard meal and instead we got the worst meal all year. Never coming back. It would be zero stars if I could do that."

"I entered the place, it was almost dead during prime dinner time and a bar. This is usually a sign a restaurant has gone down hill and my impression was correct. My husband talked about going in his youth and it being packed. The hosted looked like she did not care if you came in or didn't. We ordered pretzels for an appetizer, and somehow they are over done and under cooked on the inside. The main coarse of Chicken tenders was fine. Nothing great, but at least not super dry. The staff was either talking in a corner table or on their phone a majority of the time. I understand people need a break but at least pretend your busy in the back, so that a long wait is expected or we can believe your understaffed, and can wait. Waitress was nice, warned us about the size of a double burger. That menu item needs to change from corporate. But waitress was not on point, We had to wait for things like a check as we watched her play on her phone."
