"I'm actually in shock that this location is still open. 7th st and Maryland. Owner has been told multiple times on reviews about this sign and he says he will investigate the situation. I'm guessing it's automated or something or he just doesn't care. Having nearly 15yrs fast food/restaraunt experience as an owner I'd take pride in what I have and fix issues. I hope he actually reads this. Other than the sign at a 24hr drive thru. Poor writing abilities I might add. (All other jack in the boxes are 24hrs. Why is this one different?) Food when made is never consistent. Mildly warm to fresh. If you make modifications to your meal 5/10 is done wrong. Missing items. Over the last month the mobile app shows online ordering unavailable And still does. If you are a jack in the box it should be available. Like the food, customer service is spotty from rude to great. Maybe a training issue? I'd reccomend closing the store until employees are properly trained including managers. Owner needs to actual care about his business. This store used to be great but has severely gone downhill. I actually saw employees loading a pipe and doing drugs out the back door. Drug testing? Please fix and care about this store. Thanks!"
"So open 24 hours doesn't really mean open 24 hours anymore? Every time I go to a Jack in The box no matter where it's at The drive-thru is closed... Change that online or get employees that will actually work! Here's a picture proof!! Fire this fool! That's definitely a custom sign that ain't no Jack in the box sign lol. LAZY GEN-Z!!!"
"8/26/23 1500hrs $5.41. I ordered two chicken fillets. Both were cooked to perfection, well, seasoned, tender and juicy. Fashion frenzy service. Clean establishment."
