"I've lost faith in jack in the box. Nothing against this location, it's just become overpriced for the quality/quantity. 3.29 for a "value" bacon cheeseburger, and almost 7 for a breakfast sandwich that had the saltiest meat I've ever tasted."
"Mid shift manager female dyed blond hair, the worst and just over bad experience. Wanted to wash my hands before ordering cuase working out side all day and hands was dirty. There was someone in restroom waited...person left and ask to use bathroom. Lady manager said for customer only i said I want wash hands please before I order...she said the rule is you got order something I will..please may i wash my had cuase... she just look at... I said wow forget....worst jack in box experience every...you should not spend your money here... we still have covid out and washing your hands is nessasary!"
"Ordered Southwest salads with grilled chicken option, I was told that it was an extra dollar for the grilled chicken. This was not stated on the menu board, and when I mentioned that, I was told that's why they are telling, and then the manager asked me if I still wanted it."
"We used to love your unique tacos. It really bummed us out because they used to take a slice of the American cheese and break it diagonally in half and use both pieces. Now, they only use half a piece of cheese. Which does not make it taste as good as they used to."
"I love this location. They are always very nice. And service is fast. They have only ran out of my food one time. But they made up for it. And if you have an issue with your order. They don't hesitate to fix it."
