"Food was good. Customer service was nice. My only problem is portions are now so small. Hash browns and pancakes use to be the filler so you would be full. Now there like child size. Pancakes are no longer big but half what they were. Same with hashbrowns but more like a third of the size. The sampler no longer fills you up."
"Service was great & restaurant clean & well decorated. We ordered salads from the 55+menu. The salad greens were crisp & tasty. The strawberries tasted fresh & flavorful but the blueberries were missing. The grilled chicken was sparse & the entire salad was served in a small soup bowl like a dinner salad portion. We expect 55+ menu items to be smaller than regular menu, However, for $20+ this was inadequate. Would have gotten a better portion on kids menu. Sure glad the I-Hop near our home isn't like this Phoenix location."
"The food was very delicious and our special requests were all met. Our server was great and patient and frequently checked on us. The only downside to our visit was that it seemed like they were very short staffed. There weren't many customers, but I could see some organization was having a meeting in a larger room. We had to wait at least a minute or more in the lobby (with a few other customers) before someone could come and seat us even though we could see only 3 tables with customers."
"On 12/03/2023 me and my family went to this location to get breakfast, once we got through the door we noticed that it wasn't busy but it took 5 minutes for a host to even know we were there to seat us and 10 minutes for a waitress to come and get are drink order. We told are waitress Carlos we were ready to order as well. It took 12 minutes to get are drinks and 45 minutes after that to get are food, when we asked where was the rest of the order he said let me look, took once again 5 minutes to get the rest by this time we were done eating. Then the bill came and items that were on the bill that we didn't get were still on there so they went to fix bill, we paid the bill with a card and still took 8 minutes just to get my card and receipt back from anouther waitress we asked for a manager. So a manager showed up her name was Maria she was very helpful in fixing the bill and brought us out a drink that we wanted to try then she explained to us that she was sorry for the bad visit and said that she would bring it up to her staff on what needs to be fixed."
