"This is the CLEANEST fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. The bathrooms even looked brand new. I’m not sure if they just remodeled or if it’s just always been this way but I was very impressed. Nothing is more appetizing than a really clean restaurant. Good job guys"
"Albert made everyone feel welcome. He was extremely pleasant. My mom said she wished she had an employee like him. He kept your attention so the wait didn't seem long. Our order was correct. My only complaint was... when he gave me back my change he announced to the room "your change is $11.59." I felt like I was a target. Since we landed in Phoenix this morning we've been approached by 3 different men asking for a hand out. We were at Arby's at 1pm."
"This is my first visit to this Arby’s. I wanted to give a compliment to the Shift Manager at the time I came in named “Albert”. He was very professional and friendly. I actually felt like a customer, not a number in line. He was very sociable and nice and clear on getting your order right. As I was waiting for my food, I noticed how clean and neat this Arby’s was. I looked at the counters, the floors, tables, etc. I can’t tell you how long it’s been since I actually felt like a customer, so this will be my new Arby’s to go to. Keep up the good work!!"
"This by far, is the cleanest, best run fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Ton of parking and well lit. Easy menu and well priced. Great customer service. Everything is clean. The staff really works hard at all time. Food is great and large portions. Kid friendly. Extremely highly recommended."
