"I was so excited to try the BBQ brisket sandwich at the Foodieland event yesterday. It was, hands down, the WORST bbq brisket I've ever had. The portion of beef was pitiful - it was mostly a bun with a small amount of brisket on it. The brisket was all stringy and totally dry. It was actually inedible. I threw it out. Complete waste of money. Keep your $17.50 and spend it at a different vendor."

"The brisket, pulled pork, Mac n cheese, beans, corn bread and peach cobbler were all very tasty! The young man who took my order was very nice and helpful with my order. The restaurant was very clean. Second visit the ribs were great!"
"Just moved to the area and was craving some BBQ so of course I checked Google maps to see what's poppin close to home. JJ's came up so I had to go visit. The place it self overall is nice. Great customer service! The young lady was pleasant! The food itself was ok, the thing I liked most was the Mac and cheese. The baked beans were very different than what I'm use to, it had more of a chilli consistency and taste, the type you'd put on a hot dog. So that throw my taste buds wayyyy off. I felt the pork and ribs were lacking flavor, but that's just my opinion. I have 3 star due to the customer service and the Gospel music playing in the background. I'm use to different type of BBQ so this place didn't cut it for me."
