"I was expecting alot more of the food after my friends raved about it. Expectations were too high. The burger buns were cover toasted, hard. The margaritas were flavorful but very weak. The atmosphere is top notch and the waitress, she was awesome... attentive, and friendly. I'll be back to try their signature wings!"

"Met a friend for dinner last week and it was my first time dining at this place. It was pretty busy for a Thursday and the parking was terrible! However, that is no fault of the restaurant. Despite being so busy, our wait for a table was only 30 min or so which was pretty quick! We had a waitress in training and she did a wonderful job. She was on top of the refills and was very pleasant. I am sorry I didnt remember her name to give her a proper kudos! Food was decent. I had the peanut butter burger and ordered some happy hour slices of pizza. Pizza was meh, but the burger was quite tasty. My friend had a salad and the golden wings. She has been here before and said they are her favs. Overall, a nice dining experience and enjoyed a decent meal."

"This Zips is the third location we have visited in the Phoenix area. We shared an appetizer of Chicken Skewers. There was plenty of crispy chicken for two and we both liked the spicy flavor of the Golden sauce. Pictured below: Chicken with Honey Mustard sauce and Golden sauce on the right side."

"I wanted to take my daughter out for a rare mom and daughter lunch after getting our hair done. The appetizer came out within reasonable time but that was the best part I guess. We placed our order (blt minus the t and the corn dog basket) we sat there for like 45 mins waiting for our food. I told our waiter (who only checked on us when I gained his attention) that we were tired of waiting and that I wanted to just get our bill...he told me ok and was going to get out bill. NOPE! He continued walking around to his other tables and avoiding ours (he was buying time hoping our food would come out). They finally bring my daughter her food, (while we were still waiting for that waiter to get our bill) and I ask for the manager. I told him this was ridiculous, explained the situation and he apologized over and over, said they made our order wrong and that he was going to get our check...NOPE! Finally my food comes out...has tomatoes and burnt bacon, no sides of ranch like I asked for...like seriously!!! Never got a refill on our drinks that we got in the beginning (this is over an hour now). He gave us $10 off as a sorry...and our waiter then stops by and asks if we're doing okay? REALLY? I told him NO and that he also hadn't worried about getting us refills or anything. I have never left a server No tip, but I did today...HORRIBLE!!!! When we were walking to our car the patio was trashed too with 2 tables that had to have had a larger party (should have taken a pic of that as well) and wasn't cleaned up at all."
