"Never got to experience the food I bought through the app since they've unofficially designated themselves as closed. I don't expect a refund either since the app doesn't have options for reporting issues with orders."
"So I go to jack on central and when I got home my mom took a bite and noticed jack had given her moldy bread. It was only her sandwich that had mold. I call, no one answers the phone so I decided to take the burger back and show them this is unacceptable. Very bad health violation. I got my refund and a different sandwich. But I’m posting this just to let everyone know to always check you’re food before eating it. Don’t want you to get sick. And jack please do better and make sure you are double checking before handing out food."
