"Though I generally did enjoy the experience, I do believe its fair to mention I ordered strawberries with whipped cream for my son, which never arrived at our table, and needed to request it to be taken off our bill. I understand that staff can become very busy and overwhelmed at times, so I'm not too upset over this dessert never showing. As we progress into the future, I understand that things change and everything starts to become modernized, however I miss the days where the staff utilized a pen and notepad, taking order felt so much faster as opposed to tapping on a screen relentlessly for a single order. The staff did an amazing job regardless."
"Food was good to my Bacon was overcooked but everything else was great. The waitress was right on fast in taking the order and refilling my Dr. Pepper. Feb 2024 the food was ok was not hot at all it was like someone forgot to bring it to the table I asked for a refill on my Dr. Pepper and never got one they had plenty of help but we're sitting down talking to each other I did like going there but not now because on my lunch break it's not worth it and being a Walmart employee it's better to just go to McDonald's or Burger King we're the food gets to you hot and faster. I'm just going to start going back to the one on 83 the ave and bell."
