Jack in the Box

"This is the worse Jack! They should just fire everyone here and close those location. The late shift has every excuse to not make food. As soon as you pull up to order they tell they can’t make what you have. TERRIBLE!!"

"I would strongly recommend that you avoid THIS Jack in the box at all costs. Do not waste your time nor your hard-earned money going to this establishment. I had to speak to the manager about a employee that was extremely rude and it deterred me from being a customer. With that being said I also looked over reviews and seen that I am not the only one who shares this sentiment about this establishment. I would highly suggest that whoever is the district manager to take a close look at your policies regarding restrooms and customer service as well as knowledgeable and understanding. To deny someone the use of a public restroom after trying to make a purchase seems a bit unfair. People have emergencies pregnant women have situations elderly people have situations children have situations and if someone has to make a purchase before they're allowed to use your restroom seems a bit cruel especially if there's a long line. If you're a fan of Jack in the box food like I am please continue to support them, Just avoid this particular one."

"This location use to be our favorite due to staff and location. Sadly this jack in the box has massively gone down hill. Im not sure if someone in management is micromanaging/creating a hostile work environment and burning them out or if they really just need some customer service training. The staff actively trick their drive through times by making you wait to order, wait to pull all the way forward until they can stick a broom out to reset the timer, and will make you pull forward to wait again for your food. I have personally experienced this quite a few times now. Today my husband tells me it took almost half an hour to order and get the food for him and our kids while I was out. He said it wasn't even super busy. On top of that the order wasn't even correct. When he (politely) asked them to fix it the woman at the window copped a huge attitude with him about it. He had previously asked for a few dipping sauces for our kids and she argued with him claiming she had already given it to him. He responded by mentioning she was going to give them when he noticed the burger he ordered was wrong and she asked for the burger back. Instead of just giving them to him nicely, she slammed 3 sauces into his hand so hard that one actually fell to the ground and instead of giving him another one she just shut the window on him. I use to work in fast food. I know how rough it can be especially during and after a rush but still as long as a customer isn't being a total jerk you shouldn't take it out on them. I hope they can get someone in their or some training and make some positive changes SOON."

"I sat in line for almost an hour this was at 12:49 a.m. we're about 5 other cars I ordered my food pay for my food $17.98 for one person and then I proceeded to leave drive down the road to get to my home and I had somebody else's meal. Then if that wasn't all bad enough when I went to eat this sandwich or somebody else's it was burnt the fries were cold which I don't understand how they could be we'll probably cuz they sat for an hour the only thing I got that I ordered was everything else was a mistake obviously somebody horrible horrible experience!!"
