"Having moved from the Chicago suburbs to AZ we were very happy to find a Lou Malnati’s so that we could get our deep dish fix. The sausage/pepperoni and The Lou are our favorites and they never disappoint. We recently had guests and introduced them to the menu and they loved it as well. We’ll absolutely be ordering from them again."
"I'd say don't go here unless you live next door, and have extra money to spend. We got a couple of pizzas, and after our half-hour drive to get home, the almost $100 pizza was OK at best. Yep, it's almost $100 for 2 pizzas. It's interesting that they don't have a menu board at the restaurant and that the paper menus don't have prices on them. We'll, a large thick crust is almost $30. A large Malnati's with 2 extra toppings, almost $60. I will say, the toppings were fresh, and I like the large slices of tomatoes they use, and the cheese was really good. I won't plan to spend $100 eating at a Malnati's restaurant, let alone get to-go pizza from Malnati's again."
"The pizza is good. They really need to reconsider having Door Dash deliver their pizza's! Why can't they invest in the small plastic tool that keeps the topping from moving. It is such an easy and cheap fix. I order at the minimum once a month, and every time, the pizza looks like the picture attached. I even add in the special instructions to tell the delivery driver to place on a flat surface. I met the drive at their car and it was sitting on the passenger seat."
"Atmosphere only gets 3 stars because it’s pick up only. Which isn’t bad. But the pizza is phenomenal like always. An actual taste of Chicago in Phoenix"
"Unfortunately, the toppings came fell off of the crust and it was the delivery drivers fault. Doordash. They make a great pizza and have always done it the right way. Just double reminding your delivery drivers that these are precious cargo and I know it says it on the box but sometimes these delivery drivers aren’t aware. Keep up the good work Lou’s! They offered me a free pizza or a refund which I declined because it’s about getting it right the first time and every time and it wasn’t their fault. This is the second time it’s happened so I figured I would write a review and remind everyone."
