Dave & Buster's Glendale

"It's an alright place. The games are incredibly overpriced. We came here after getting a gift card. The kids really enjoyed the experience and the games. The prizes are the typical cheaper items. The food was overpriced, so we decided to pass. We bought the biggest package for tickets and finished it in less than 1 hour with 2 kids. We only had minimal interaction with staff, which wasn't a big concern and was positive. We will just stick with Peter Piper it's cheaper and more for the money."

"Dave & Busters is a great place to have fun and be active. Our family went to celebrate a birthday, and our server Miles was absolutely amazing! He took great care of us, ensuring all of our needs were met. We had a large party, but he kept checking in and taking care of us. The games were fun. We liked the activity ones like the Connect 4 basketball and hungry hippos. They also have a vr headset game with lightsabers, which was fun once you figure it out."

"Today was my spouse's birthday, so we decided to try Dave N Busters. The lady at the front was nice but once we got seated it went downhill pretty quick. The server quickly asked us what we wanted to drink, and my 9-year-old son said root beer. The server begins to tell us, the refill would be $3.50 each time. I found this to be quite troubling and confusing because the menu shows soft drinks are free refills, but our server explained because it's behind the bar, it is not free. When looking at the menu, it shows the refills for root beer being free (It specifically says root beer on it). This is very misleading as I felt our server was untrained or having a bad day. Then I felt rushed to order our food by the server. She asked if I was ready to order. I said no because my wife took our kids to the bathroom. I explained the kids were ready, but we needed more time to figure out what my spouse and I were going to order. The server kept trying to get me to order my kids food first after I had explained I wanted to wait. After we ordered the food, our server walked off to talk with another employee until the food was done. Once our food was delivered, our server was on her phone almost the whole time. I asked for 300 tokens and the server asked me if I wanted to supersize it. I asked the server what that means, and their response was more play time. Not one time did she mention additional chips or the specific charge in regard to the activation fee or activating a new card comes with 15 extra chips. Our server spoke to us 3 times in 1.5 hours. My son had to leave our table to ask for a refill of soda (Please keep in mind, No one was sitting around us / We were the only family in that section). Our server was quick to give us the check, I wanted to speak with my spouse about a tip. Once again, I got rushed to pay by our server. After we paid, the server got upset with our tip and completely ignored us. I will not be eating at this location anymore and probably will not be eating at Dave N Busters again. Our purchase was $186.00, and I feel disappointed in how our very first interaction with Dave N Busters was. Poor experience - based on server and misinformation. "The Nachos were bigger than we expected. But, they were good. The pretzel were different but, they were soft and delicious."

"Fun place to take the kids or if you are looking to enjoy some games. They have a nice selection of arcade classics as well as some modern-day titles. The giant space invaders game was really fun. They have an adult bar area as well as pool tables. The food is pretty good and the prices are reasonable. Overall it's a pretty nice family spot and we would stop in again if we were in the westgate area."
