Jack in the Box

"This location was one of the cleanest Jack in the Box I have been to! One of the employees was able to keep all tables cleaned in a timely manner after guests would leave. I dined in and the food was also made fresh and served in no time."

"First I want to start out by saying the food that we did get was pretty good. My husband and I came through the drive through excited for our meal. And we our munchie meals. We had order tacos and the curly fries as our side. We get to the window pay for our food and we check it. We are missing the tacos, the 2 African America women come to the window with a huge attitudes. we informed them we were missing our tacos. She rolled her eyes at us and closed the window in our face. We just went ahead and left. It was an awful experience. I was gonna do a survey but realized the young lady never even gave us our recipe. I do not recommend. Worst part is we ask for no ice for the drink and got ice. Do not recommend."

"Worse experience at this specific location - we came here twice within a month and a half span and both times we had to wait 15 minutes for our order, to only get home and have our order be incorrect, BOTH TIMES! The second time around was probably the worse - drive thru, placed our order, was told to pull into a stall as they made our order. Five vehicles came after us and all were given their food. They came to our car and said it was the sourdough that took longer. They came back with our order and I spoke to them about how long we had to wait and then said they were so busy and admitted that the sourdough statement was an excuse. Look, I'm all for having young people in the workforce, but when you have a crew of workers that are between the ages of 16-20 you gotta make sure they function properly in the kitchen. Worse service I have experienced in awhile and it happened twice at this spot. I refuse to ever go back there."

"This is the 1st fast place I’ve been in that is super clean. Came in and it smells like cleaning supplies. Smells very fresh in here. Also obviously very clean. 5 stars for cleanliness!"

"Driving to our hotel after a nightmare flight looking for food at 3am...McDonald's shut the lights off on us when we drove in so we decided to try Jack in the Box. We're SO glad we did! The employees were so friendly and the food was AMAZING. We were so happy we went back for a last dinner before flying home and it was still awesome - hot and fresh. Thank you, Jack in the Box!! (Best fast food chicken tenders I've ever had)."
