"I'm diabetic. So I asked for a Orange Hi C. The young lady at the order window, I believe her name was Sheyla, was absolutely wonderful along with her co worker, I believe her name was Lupita. My order was perfect my drink was make wonderfully. Along with perfect customer service. Thank you Jack in the Box for hiring such a wonderful staff."
"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SPIT ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My husband and I were brought the wrong order. Easily confused being 1 number differences. The price was the same for both combo meals so it should have been an easy exchange right? Nope! They tried to charge us $5 more! And told us the menu board was wrong. The manager was very rude to us and took our food to the back office for a minute before handing us the correct order."
