"I had a bad experience at this store trying to return a faulty air compressor that I bought online from Harbor Freight. They gave me the option of shipping it back at their expense, or taking it to a store. Well this store didn’t want anything to do with taking it back as a return, and charged me a restocking fee for returning faulty product. I should have shipped the product, thought I was saving the company money by dropping it off since I had to drive to Nogales to ship it anyway. But the store Manager, Robert, was adamant about charging me a restocking fee. I even offered to buy other merchandise. He wanted me to buy another compressor, but I told him I don’t want to buy another piece of junk, I’ll buy something else. Nope. Supposedly the company is going to give me back the difference in restocking fee that the store took, but it was an hour of my life I can’t get back. Why tell customers they can return product to the store, then let local managers decide how to change the return policy? I’ll avoid Harbor Freight from now on, it’s easier to buy from more customer oriented establishments."

They always find what they're looking for, and the people that work there are friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help you find what you need. I highly recommend this store."
