"I was here 5mins before they closed I needed to run in for one socket I needed for a project. Very poor customer service. The lady at the door was rude and refused to give here name. I was going to be 2 mins in the store and then leave. Instead they lost a customer. Poor customer service I hope they can do better. I'll update this review once I get here name."

"The manager at this store obviously doesn't like his job I went to return a bottle Jack that didn't work from when I purchasedsit didn't like that I didn't have my receipt but had it on my email from my account Then proceeded to start to knit pick the scratches on the bottle Jack and the missing handle which is a airjack and I forgot about the handle and told him to put it in from the other one that we were going to exchange it from and told me nope I had to leave the store that he couldn't do that I drove 90 miles today to get that swapped out and it was an honest mistake and the manager said absolutely not that you couldn't pull the handle from the exchange one I told him I don't need a handle it's an air Jack And then proceeded to tell me I must leave because I'm holding up the line I was like wow you don't like your job"

"I've bought harbor freight products for over 30 years. When I became a customer it was prompted by cheap prices. Product reliability was poor but acceptable. Through the years reliability has dramatically improved and pricing is still alluring. I've purchased an electric lawn mower that is absolutely fantastic. Tools are on a par with many name brands. Yes, I've come across some failures, but overall I'm a customer forever. However things can change if they forget customer satisfaction."

"Harbor Break, gotta love their prices cause you won't love the quality of much there. I have yet to purchase any item with an inflatable tires including replacement inflatable tire that holds air pressure. They should give you a free air compressor when you buy a tire cause you're going to need one."
