"Don’t recommend this location. We usually go to the one one Ellsworth but we’re in this area so we stopped. We got a hot and ready and it was not hot not even warm. The bread was very dry like it had sat out for a few hours. I don’t know if the heaters don’t work or they just gave us an old pizza we tried the crazy puffs for the first time and same thing cold spongy cheese. We called to speak to a manager and the call Center transferred us to the store we sat on hold and we’re hung up on. No one said hello just picked up and hung up. I won’t visit thid location again and don’t recommend."
"This is the third time this has happened to me so I feel compelled to review. They will straight up lie about prep times. Ordered a hot n ready, that is not ready, at 545, told 7 minutes, I'm currently standing in the store 28 minutes later and the food is still not ready. This happens over and over. What is going on here? Shouldn't these be ready? I keep giving them chances but next time I'm going elsewhere. I can literally get barros in the same amount of time and get much better pizza."
"Have to shout out the new management staff at this location. Not only was the food fresh and hot but the customer service was THE BEST! They made sure my family was take care of and even brought the food out to us!! Thank you!"
"I placed my order total came out to 30.02 complained about me giving 35 and not having enough change. Next she did not put the order in claiming she forgot. Food came the chicken was old and stale and the pizzas were not as pictured. Having to wait over 30 minutes I should of expected better quality."
"Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas via app. I went to pick up an hour later. After my app read it was ready. I went in and there were multiple people waiting. After trying my code in the hot box numerous times I asked about my pizza (now almost an hour and a half from order) I was told they were working on it. Another 10 minutes later the same lady I asked about my order called it out and rudely stated, "it was in the hot box". I was not the only one this was happening too. Numerous people asked about their orders, told they were working on it, only to have it been in a hot rack the whole time. I have never been so disappointed even though this local has slowly gone down hill. To be treated rude when I asked if my order was in the hot box and other customers being treated the same is not a great customer service experience. Very disappointing"
