"The gentleman working the register was very kind and soft spoken. That's all the good I can say for this location. The manager with green and pink hair was slamming everything around, yelling at employees, yelling at having to basically do her job. She has no business in customer service in any capacity. The register wasn't working, so the guy working the front went back and asked her for help. She responded with "well their just gonna have to wait" so I waited 15 minutes for her to go to the register to fix it. My food was cold. I was terrified of having to deal with her. The employees around her looked so drained from her self driven chaos. I sincerely feel bad for those employees. I would consider it a hostile work environment."
"Complete trash. The order was wrong - again, and what we did receive was complete garbage. Your store is busy with people standing around with their arms crossed, but you don't deserve to be busy. Your employees clearly couldn't care any less about the quality of the food or getting the order right. Tried to call and just get some call center in India with people that barely speak English. You got me twice in a row. Never again, I'm done with Little Caesars."
"Love the pizza at little Ceasars. In the past tho if u call to place an order I was told to place order on line & come pick it up, talk about lazy, who can't take an order over the phone.? This month I went in to get my pickup, they were super friendly, call if u want, we will even bring your pizza out to the car. Guy said was his first week. Happy to see someone found a quality hire & not just a gen x"
"Got dinner for my family and I last night....i didn't want to cook..got back home and the Deep dish was horrible. It was not cooked all the way..it was still doughy and it wasn't even a pill pizza with the full pizza slices that it was supposed to have n it."
