"I have been trying to order my food at another store and no one picked up the phone. I called here and Kristy (hopefully I got her name right) was awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure I received my order.. I don't usually leave reviews but she showed excellent customer service and care that I had to say something... Thank you Kristy!!! 10 stars in my book!!!!"

"I ordered the pizza through the PH site at 12:46pm on Nov 26th and was supposed to receive it by 1:20. I also ordered fries and cheese sticks. I got a text from a Doordasher at 1:30 saying my order wouldn't be ready for a while due to the store having just opened 10 minutes prior. At 1:45pm, I got a call from the store saying that my order would be another 20 minutes because they still had to get the fryer going to make my fries. Or they could give me a soda or cinammon sticks instead, which I did not want. I told them to just forget about the fries and refund me for that. At 2pm, I check in with the Doordasher and she is still waiting. My food did not arrive until 2:20pm and was also still missing the fries. The store did not refund me for them either. The pizza was also lukewarm and not very good at all. I tried to get a refund from the store but apparently a manager who could do it was not available. So I submitted a complaint online four times and received a message I would hear back in 3 business days each time. Never did. It's been over a month. Also called their customer service number twice. Never plan on ordering from PH again. I didn't want a credit either as my experience was terrible."

"I ordered delivery from this location on Friday night. I had to call the location, because I needed to change the pizza in my Big Dinner Box. 3rd party answering service could not reach the restaurant staff, nearly half hour to get through. Naturally they were busy on Friday night, and by the time I was able to speak to them they had already made the pizza. They apologized, and sent a second medium pizza just how I'd asked, on the house. I will continue ordering from this pizza hut, confident in their committment to good service and good food."

"I ordered a pizza for delivery. I ordered and paid the extra money for double mushrooms. What I got would be considered normal. Also I paid extra for pan crust and I would bet anything that this wasn't pan. There wasn't anything wrong with the pizza but I won't add extra to anything because obviously it doesn't make a difference."

""Large" pizza under 12" was told there was only 1 stuffed crust size. Toppings thrown to one side, and looks to have been dropped. Delivery driver show up looking filthy. Says 2 words and leaves. No receipt. Called the store to fix it (4 times). Manager would not even hear my whole issue before interrupting for excuses. At one point said "I don't get paid enough for this". Finally agreed to remake pizza. Replacement was beautifuly made, hot, and over 14". Which only makes the first more disappointing. Been ordering from here for 8 years with no issues. Haven't in a while and never will again. Recent reviews seem to indicate this is a normal thing these days."
