"I ordered online and went to pick up the order. I was very disappointed, none of the sauces were with the order that were included or an extra charge, most of the chicken wings were very small and overcooked with barely any meat on them . I tried to call the store multiple times and there was no answer."
"Service was great just every time we come in the pizza is poor quality. Like eating cardboard and the pizza is never cut all the way through so it makes taking it to the park or other places difficult since we have to re-cut it."
"Their pizza has gone off the charts with taste... It's excellent now, the this crust pep is awesome I eat it a couple times a week... As for customer service it's somewhat lackluster but again it's little ceasers... Can't expect much there"
"The worker taking my order was very rude. She kept asking for a name on the order but a name was not asked for when the order was taken. I told her there was a order number and it should match up with your ticket. She then said well there is a name I said there is no name on the order receipt. She then grabs 2 boxes without checking numbers and gave to me. I get home and the pizzas weren't what I ordered. It was very busy, but was not expecting to treated with rudeness. This will be the last time I go to this place. I have been a frequent customer and I get the busy times but to be treated with such rudeness in front of other customers is uncalled for."
"I ordered two pizzas with out sauce around 5 pm, I took pizza home and was late when we was about to eat the pizza around 11pm but unfortunately I get both pizzas with sauce. I called the next day to let them know and they told me that I have to bring the pizza back to the store so they can verify had sauce on it, I live far from the store, so I can go on a different day whenever Im able, they told me if I don’t bring pizza today is nothing they can do, also the lady ask me why I’m buying pizza from home? And why I’m eating my pizza 5 hours after I purchased the pizza. Well I the end lady get rude and upset and hung up the call on me."
