Welcome to Golden Restaurant & Bakery, located at 1849 North Scottsdale Road in Tempe, Arizona. We are a bakery, food establishment, restaurant, and store all rolled into one! Our menu features a wide variety of delicious dishes, including beef and chicken shawarma, a blend of melted cheeses with zaatar, pasteurized kefir cheese with Zatar, ground beef dishes, Mediterranean classics like falafel and hummus, grilled meats, salads, and more.
Our signature dishes include the Beef Shawarma wrap with tahini sauce, onions, and bell peppers, as well as the Chicken Shawarma wrap with garlic sauce and classic cheese. We also offer a variety of pizzas, including unique toppings like pomegranate paste, pasteurized kefir cheese, and fresh mint.
In addition to our savory dishes, we also offer a selection of desserts, including tiramisu and baklava. And don't forget to try our refreshing hydration drinks in flavors like Tropical Punch and Lemon Lime.

"Cool place to eat. I got a guava juice and the eggplant pie. The eggplant is delicious with a nice touch of spice. There aren't many vegan options here, but the food is made fresh, was pretty fast, and has good service. I recommend!"
"So delicious and very generous portions for the price! We loved it so much! Definitely a favorite! The chicken was so juicy and tender and flavorful. The rice was nicely seasoned and not dry. Hummus was delicious as always. I love adding the veggies from the salad to the pita and turning it into a sandwich. We also got baklava and the Um Ali. Both were sweet but not overly sweet, and tasted like nothing I’ve ever imagined before. Highly recommend!"
"We got their meat on flatbread, beef&lamb kabob plate, and a chicken roll to try. Their flavorings were pretty nice. Clean, fresh, and subtle. All the food combination played a nice harmony. We were especially impressed by the chicken roll. It’d make a nice and handy snack I thought. (I like to get little bit of everything.) I can’t wait to try their spinach pie next time. AND please please please try their pistachio baklava. The best baklava in town in my mind. They were literally making fresh baklava in front of us and it smelt amazing. All the staffs are kind and nice. The place was nothing fancy, but it had a warm and cozy at-home vibe, which I like. I can’t wait to go back!!"
