"I love Starbucks coffee, it is my favorite! unfortunately my experience is ruined everytime I go early in the morning for my coffee, there is one particular employee and he is very rude and disrespectful. Never acknowledges me ignores me and makes my whole experience not a good one. I will be going out of my way to a different Starbucks just to avoid seeing him."

"Quick story: Today my car battery died in this Starbucks parking lot. I walked inside embarrassingly and asked if anyone would be willing to help me jump start my car. An employee named Taylor volunteered immediately and came out and helped me jump start my car. Once we were done and had my car started up again, he asked me if I was even able to get coffee yet and I said no. He then said okay, stay with your car (since it needed to stay running) and I will go back inside real quick and get you one on the house. He then asked me what I wanted, I told him and he went inside to get it for me. Talk about customer service and going above and beyond. Thank you Taylor for making my morning a bit less stressful and helping me out, I truly appreciate it! This is the type of kindness that is worth sharing."
