"Came to this new Starbucks every morning to get a hot water to help my wife Heidi woth weight loss .shewalks in and ask them for a cup of hot water .they they denied her and told her they dont give out hot water that its aginst starbucks policy .. if that's the case why did they do it three days in a row the Starbucks over here barely started operation like a week ago and like I said they gave out hot Waters 3 days in a row. My wife is also a certified barista all she goes to coffee places in the morning and not one has ever denied her so I'm kind of confused"

"I am extremely disappointed with the Starbucks delivery service I received. I placed an order for two people, which included some food items, protein bar and two iced coffees. However, when the delivery arrived, one of the iced coffees and a protein bar was missing. To make matters worse, the delivery personnel didn't bother to contact me to discuss possible alternatives or ask for a replacement preference. Instead, they simply issued a refund. This left me and my companion waiting for a refreshing iced coffee in the scorching heat for a full 30 minutes, only to be left empty-handed. It was an incredibly frustrating experience that could have been avoided with proper communication and a proactive approach from the delivery team. I expected better service from a reputable brand like Starbucks. I hope Starbucks takes this feedback seriously and improves their delivery service to prevent such inconveniences in the future. As a customer, I value clear communication and prompt resolution when issues arise, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations."
