"I don’t know if it’s just me, but every time I stop at this place, it’s horrible really long time. Wait to get your coffee and also stuff kinda like I don’t care and the coffee is just like doesn’t taste that good like other places like other Starbucks it’s crazy but I don’t know if it’s me or it really is this place btw been here like 10 times sometimes I just leave because of the wait time and when I get my coffee it’s just not good"
"I attempted to order a medicine ball and was told they were out that that tea to make it, which is fine. He mentioned the names of the other 2 options but it was hard to understand him in the drive thru. I asked him to repeat himself, and he said the names of the two teas again. I said " I'm not sure what those are can you explain?" He said "Yeah, they're teas." I mean, obviously, I was looking for a description not for sarcasm. Horrible service."
"Everyone here is typically friendly and good about getting your order correct. Today’s trip was in the Drive Thru window, and the employees had lot of fun with the dogs in the car all wanting their pup cups!"
"Ordered the caramel ribbon crunch frappe, and it had no crunchy pieces in it like it's supposed to. I brought the drink back thinking they would refund me for the purchase price at least, but nope. The manager was super rude and refused to refund me even though they screwed my whole drink up. Will not be returning to this incompetent location."
