"Well this place was a pleasant surprise! I had a great experience here. I wanted pizza by the slice so I stopped by here for takeout. Every single employee I interacted with was so friendly and helpful, I was blown away. I ended up ordered a salad as well and did not regret it. The salad was so well put together and delicious. It was also affordable which means I’ll be back often. The bartender was a lovely women who offered suggestions on ordering and I watched a gentleman in the back painstakingly add jalapeños slices on my pizza per my request. It was such a nice change of pace from your usual annoyed food service employees (not that I blame them). An older gentleman who may have been the owner and another customer engaged in friendly conversation while I waited for my order. I was made to feel like a valued customer and I didn’t even order a lot of food. What a nice neighborhood restaurant this is! I will be back."
"We have walked by this place many times and finally decided to stop in and see what the pizza was like. We were going to get a couple slices to go which is an option but decided on a whole pie. It’s NY style and was really good! They also have a bar as well as other pasta dishes, a huge patio with heaters for the colder months."
"First time here and we were impressed with the food! Pizza was simple, but very tasty. Meatballs and sauce was delicious! Gelato was the best ever! Only negative, in our opinion, was the ambience; it was not too comfy…kinda cafeteria feel. Will definitely be back to try something else on the menu."
"First time here for this uniquely artisan pizza. I started my lunch with their Caesar salad. It was quite good. It could have used a touch more dressing. I was fine however, and didn’t ask for more. I ordered the spinach and artichoke pizza cooked well. Fresh ingredients, and a nice crispy crust. This isn’t your kind of pizza if you’re a Pizza Hut, Dominoes, or Papa John’s type of pizza eater. The restaurant is clean and spacious. They do sell pizza by the slice. I’m pondering about dessert as I see they have cannolis. If you’re in the Scottsdale area, I recommend coming here to dine."
