"I have eaten here multiple times. It's not great but it's usually better than it was the last time I was there. First of all they only had three kinds of soup left, not including the one I wanted. I got a turkey bacon avocado salad. There might have been 3" of a bacon strip, but that would be generous. I ordered a mint chocolate brownie. The texture and taste of the mint topping was disappointing, so I decided to scrape off the topping and just eat the brownie. The brownie was stale! I could make audible noise tapping my plastic spoon on the brownie. However, the employee at the register had good customer service skills and was quick and efficient in taking my order. When I complained about the brownie he was concerned and willing to do what he could to make it right. He offered me another brownie and I declined. He offered me to pick whatever else I wanted and I took a fruit tart. The atmosphere was clean and friendly and the fireplace, which we sat next to, was a nice touch on a cool night."

"UPDATE: A Kneaders representative did indeed reach out to me and made things right to my satisfaction. The company seems to be concerned about customer service at the corporate level. One can only hope that makes it down to the store associates. ----------------------------------- I pre-ordered two pies for Thanksgiving and picked them up 20 minutes ago. There seemed to be some confusion about my order and I sat there for 5 minutes while they tried to figure it out. I got the impression that they didn't have it ready. I got home and took a look, and on both pies the outer crust is broken and half missing. I mean around half the pie the crust is just gone...broken off. There is no crust to be found in the box so that means they deliberately put those damaged pies in the boxes and gave them to me. This place shows no concern for their customers and I recommend going up the street Safeway or Fry's. At least you can see what you're getting and aren't in danger of being swindled. Kneader's stinks! Avoid this place at all costs."

"It was my first time eating at this restaurant very similar to Panera. The food was amazing. I picked up food to go through the drive-through for my lunch break and the staff were very nice and accommodating they made sure I had my order complete before leaving... I highly recommend it.!"
