"Literally in bed recovering from surgery and ordered a 6” through Uber eats. Long story short— sandwich was totally wrong, called to complain, obviously annoyed, and the manager argued with me about my order being right. Side note— not even the same size sandwich with none of the customizations entered through the app. He hung up on me and didn’t answer when I called back. Thankfully, I live close by and will come in once recovered."
"24 hour service is their best part. They have never messed up with the order and my goto place for late night cravings. They should have veggie patties as I am a vegetarian and that is what I am looking for mostly at subways"

"Rude. Overcharged. Horrible quality at this location in particular. I usually have great service and quality of food at Subway. Not here. The staff actually tried to make me at fault for misunderstanding that they charged $3.19 for extra cheese, which made me feel very uncomfortable, unwelcome, and cheated. They even laughed at the fact that it was going to be a mess to eat which it ended up being I didn't think it would be. It was an awful, bad experience."
