"For the last year I’ve only been going to jiffy lube as they’re basically the ONLY place that lets me bring my own oil and filter (which I am really picky about for my 1.8t beetle). Most jiffy lubes do a great job and I’ve never had a complaint. This location was different though. Luis and his team went above and beyond. Did great work, took excellent care of my VW and even washed the windows and vac’d the floors… totally unexpected! Will be back to THIS jiffy lube."
"The team here could care less about customer service. Their priority was cars, and if they servicee my car to that excellent of a condition can make up for customer service, then I have no complaints. They did get me out faster than they estimated. Kudos to them. Don't forget your coupon, they were very helpful with my coupon discount. They did not know how to reset my SUV service engine information. I just left without them resetting it because it was going on 10 minutes waiting for them to finish that, so I haven't had it reset yet and that was 2 weeks ago."

"Left my car for an oil change while I grabbed a coffee down the road. Told me they’d start it in 15 min, and I felt a little weird leaving my vehicle with keys as they didn’t collect my info, nor give me anything (and I asked about this before leaving). Anyway, when I returned 35 min later my car hadn’t moved and they key was left in the exterior door, clearly visible to the street. No one was around the open garage area, where I waited for a few minutes to see if they’d done the work (though I suspected they hadn’t). Finally went to go find someone and 3 guys were just hanging out in an office. They told me no work had been done so I told them I was going elsewhere. Clearly I shouldn’t have left the premises, but leaving my car and key out in clear view with no one around is just careless and unprofessional."
