"I asked the cashier if the Ruby's sauce had milk ingredients in it. She told I don't know the ingredients. She didn't want to help me. Do asked to put on the side. The man who handed me the basket was willing to go the Xtra mile for me and Said it would only take a minute help me. He came back and told me no milk but does have eggs. "Did tasted great. They were a tad slow to get orders out. Looks like they put the new guy on shakes and he didn't know how to make them. After 8 orders sitting up there waiting to be handed out looks like the manager finally came up to help. I've worked in a restaurant I know the struggles. But the food was really really good so I won't hold that again them and I will be back"
"We stop in at Anthem outlet stores a lot of way home from Phoenix. I know eating at Ruby's express is a good choice. Had the Hickory Burger and it was very good. The barbecue sauce on it added to not only the flavor of the burger but also the flavor of the bacon on the burger. Got my burger with cheese fries, which were a fantastic side."
"We had the mushroom swiss burger and the classic cheeseburger with fries. The food was made fresh and hot! The fries were crispy and delicious. The burgers were saucy. We had a great lunch!"
"My mom wanted a burger for lunch so we went to Ruby's Diner. When I asked about the chicken strips they said they were really good but those were the best chicken strips I've ever had. They were so tender and delicious and the breading was also good. The customer service was also great. Ruby's Diner is a must try!"
