"Ordered online for pickup. Showed up at 8 to a store that hadn't been opened. No bagels, doors locked. Sign on door said opening time was 7. Very confused and upset about this. Order was charged and everything. Very unprofessional. Basically theft. Do not patronize this company, they will take your money and be closed when you show up. Edit: I'm not jumping through hoops so you can attempt service recovery. If a place has posted hours literally on the door and doesn't abide by them, I don't think it's up to me to email and describe, etc. let me know what you think will make this right, because I think my accurate review about the way you treat your customers is basically the only thing close to making it right"
"I went there on my bday to get my free egg sandwich. There were a lot of choices of the egg sandwiches, 10 to be exact. The ham & Swiss egg sandwich with the vanilla cream cold brew that I got was super yummy. Service was quick and friendly. I think she was the manager who took care of me and I loved that she wished me a happy birthday."
