"Made an appointment. They got my car in an hour and a half after my appointment time. Called me and told me they can’t install the tires because they don’t know the torque specs for the lug nuts (Car is a 1965 mustang). Could have saved me 30$ in Ubers and 2 hours of my time by just telling me on the phone. Not happy."

"Scheduled for tires rotation at 1PM and arrived before 1PM. At 2:05, front desk told me they didn’t start to work on it yet because 1-2PM is the waiting time. Is Costco charging the schedule policy or just????? It doesn’t make any sense for schedule one hour for waiting time. This is not my first time having tire rotation."

"Appointment time was 145. I dropped car off at 135. Did my shopping, gave them an hour to repair 1 tire. At 3pm, they told me I needed to get all 4 of them replaced and they couldn't even repair the one I came in for in the first place. Took another 80mins for them to give car back to me. I literally watched 3 other cars enter and leave before mine.Two and a half hours for them to tell me they couldn't help me."

"Tires we purchased from here wore out 50 percent in a year. Costco representatives at a different location even explained how the tires are not of decent quality and how Tempe Costco is not willing to do anything about it. We're now being forced to shuttle between the tire company and Costco with no positive outcomes."

"Costco is a top-notch warehouse club. The tires are worth your membership. The people help out greatly, too. I had an emergency need for tires for my daughter's car. The normal tires for her vehicle were on national back order, with no estimate of when (or if ever) this would be resolved. The associate directed me to another retailer who would have the tires and gave me specific brands of the exact tire we needed -- not just for the car, but for her exact driving needs -- and showed that the cared about their customers. He could have sold me some expensive high-speed tires she would not have ever gotten any benefit from that would not last nearly as long. Instead, they sent me to a competitor. Great service Costco tires have a road hazard warranty, which comes free. You get free tire rotation every 6000 miles. They also fill their tires with nitrogen. That prolongs the tire life by keeping consistent tire pressure at greater temperature ranges. Members get free nitrogen tire fills with nitrogen at any Costco."
