"Took about 20 minutes to get a small fry on a DoorDash order, and they forgot that they parked so we had to go back through the drive through to get the order. On top of that they forgot the man’s drink. I get if they were busy/ had long day but it is still their job and honestly embarrassing on the stores behalf, They had no other customers. This is not the first time things like this have happened at this location, for example i have had items in my order dropped on the FLOOR and still served to me. The employees also always seem to have a problem with the customers, no matter how nice you are to them."
"The simple inability to follow the easiest of instructions is freakin outstanding. Every time I have been here something has been wrong and/or missing and it’s just completely mind blowing. I struggle to understand how some of y’all’s staff manages to function."
"Placed a mobile order, went thru the drive thru and got drinks and was asked to pull around to wait for food at 1:11. Sixteen minutes later, 1:27, 1/2 my order arrived but I was missing 4 medium fries. Five minutes after that I went inside because the fries had still not been brought out. The male Hispanic manager inside assisted two other customers, both also hispanic males with missing food issues and completely ignored me, white female (not sure whether this was racist, sexist or both). When I finally flagged him down after being here for over 30 minutes now, he unapologetically told me my fries had just gone out. Then I get home to find that every one of the fries is only half filled. So disappointed..."
"I get this place is run by a bunch of children, but reading should be the first thing you should know how to do when you get a job. You even put the ticket on the burger of how it's supposed to be done right, but it was completely disregarded. Imagine someone has a food allergy, and that's why they say no pickles no onions. And I wouldn't be making this review if it wasn't for the fact this happens every. Single. TIME. Get it together or go out of business, please."
"Very organized place, very clean, clean bathrooms They have a nice patio dining area with a nice view. Good size indoor playground for kids to play.see pictures/videos i include.thank you !"
