"Today was the best customer service I have received in the town of Tucson for years from any local business. I made an online order intended for Ina location but mistakenly was made for location across town. The locations are owned by different franchisers. To save me driving across town, the district manager just made the order for me at no charge. I was extremely grateful."
"This place CANNOT get an order right at all. I ordered a regular hamburger! They gave me a Western Burger... Which is gross bacon with onion rings. Took it back and said I want a regular hamburger!!! They gave me a meat patty with ketchup so I took it back and said there's NO lettuce, NO tomatoes, NOTHING. They said that's the "big hamburger". No it's not a hamburger at all. They also gave me oldish fries and a drink with little ice when I ordered EXTRA ice. This is not the first time they act like they don't know how to take an order."
"The food was good and fresh. I ordered takeout on the cell phone app for the free western burger, and the order was fulfilled quickly for pickup. I also dined in the restaurant a different time, and the food came out pretty fast as well. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The tables in the restaurant were clean."
"Place is disorganized. Manager was real grouchy with an employee that was trying to provide good customer service. The cashier was new and was basically thrown out for the wolves. Took 15 minutes to get our order. This store needs a thorough training and the manager needs better organizational skills and employee relation skills."
"Ok this is officially the last time I order from this location. It is complete TRASH. I literally just started choking when swallowing a bite of the burger and spit out what you see in the photo after having to be slapped on my back. 2 visits ago I got in a huge and loud argument in the drive thru to pick up an app order when these idiots couldn’t find where my order was inside. They kept telling me there was no order for me when I showed them the PAID order WITH MY NAME on the app. When they saw it was sitting right on the counter with MY NAME on it did not even apologize or anything. I was livid. The last 4x I’ve come and tried to order zucchini they never have it. I love Carl’s but I HATE this location. It’s the only one close to my home but after just choking on a chunk of plastic in the damn burger I’m DONE."
