"At first I was pretty happy with service and bought a set of tires and had both vehicles serviced. After they oil changed they didn't reset the service reminder on the vehicles and I figured they just forgot this one time. No biggie. I then took my tuck in due to filling up fuel issues and they thought it might be the fuel downspout and recommended replacing that, which we did for $250. Well that didn't fix the issue so I took my truck back in for its next service and asked them to look into it again. They determined that I would need a new fuel tank which would be $1700! Not only that, but they charged me $75 for the diagnosis. I thought that was messed up considering their first diagnosis was wrong. And then after getting my truck's oil changed they AGAIN didn't reset the service reminder or replace the service sticker. Time to find another shop in town."

"I called to schedule an appointment, I was upfront and told them I changed my steering components and asked if they could align it for me. They said “no problem.” I dropped it off and they looked at it and told me “it is too out of alignment for them to align it, it would take them too long to do it and this is why they do t like aligning a car that the customer worked on.” If they had been upfront and said they wouldn’t align something a customer worked on, I would have said thank you and moved on. I give them 1 star for not being upfront and not being willing to do an actual alignment that requires adjusting multiple parts. I give them a second star because they were at least courteous about it. And now I am pulling out my chalk and string to do it myself."

"What a great surprise, my service advisor Rafael was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional! They did great work in a short time, even though they are currently short staffed and some in training, with fuel filters and two new tires for a 2500 Ram Truck. Great Team all around from front desk, technicians and mechanics. Definitely recommend!"
