"Horrible, picked up uhaul in Mesa,AZ. Did not get told or have an employee walk the truck for inspections. Go to drop truck off in kingman,AZ and get harassed and threatened to pay a heavy fee for something that wasn't caused by us. They show pictures of a truck that isn't dated or doesn't show the number of the truck, shows a background that isn't even where we picked up the vehicle. For all we know they used some other vehicle and claim it's the one we drove. If you don't take the uhaul insurance they will scam you/ threaten you and make you pay for someone else's faults."
