"HORRIBLE PLACE. I made an appointment for my car, days ahead. Over a week later, still no estimate. Charged $450. for a $47. Part and they gave car back with battery box open, wires hanging and a VERY POORLY MADE key that doesn't work right, my E Brake cover and hood cover laying on the floor. Run, run away, run fast!"
"I was moving from California to Arkansas and my truck broke down 2 hours into my trip. I rolled into Richards and explained my situation and he immediately got it into the shop and started running tests on it. They soon figured out that my fuel pump had gone out. He had it fixed and had me back on the road the next day and I’m happy to say I made it the rest of the 1,700 mile drive with no issues. Absolutely great shop with fair prices and great workers. It gave me great relief I stopped into the local bar for a beer that night and everyone in the bar had nothing but great things to say about this shop. 10/10."
"The best auto repair shop I have ever been to. They could have very easily taken advantage of the situation and Charged me over a thousand dollars but the owner Bill is a Honest business man. I thought my Air conditioning went out, and I went in to Richard's Auto Repair to have it checked out. I thought at the very least it was low on Freon. To my surprise, it was just the filters needed to be cleaned. He didn't even charge me the Summer Special rate for AC service of $40. In fact he didn't charge me anything! You got to like that!"
