"I've been coming here for almost two years sense it's right next to my work and let me tell you that is the ONLY reason I still go. It seems like they have all new people now and none of them seem to care how the store is ran. Mainly the kid they have on the register all the time now. He is always rude and very unprofessional. Today he had his phone next to the register watching movie while checking people out. Like I said if it wasn't literally right next door to my work I would never come here again."
"This was by far the best Dollar Tree I had been into in quite a few years. You could tell the employees really cared about their customers and their job. Not one aisle had anything in it at all it was fabulous. Customer service top-notch completely we'll definitely go back there every time I go back to Wichita. Excelente trabajo"
"Apparently this store closes every time it snows as we have gone twice during normal business hours and even though every single other store in that strip mall is open, they are.closed. They also don't put any ice melt in front of their store entry (which you have to walk up to the store front to read their sign that says they are closed) and I slipped and fell on the pavement because it was covered in black ice. Pathetic customer care"
"It appears this store is consistent closing at 6 PM, but online it says it is open until 9. There are also not any signs posted on the door visibly. Including myself, 6 customers attempted to shop here, only to find the store closed. While I know employees are hard to come by, and I can understand why the store is probably closing early, some of us are rushing from our jobs to get errands run by 6 PM. It would be very helpful to update the hours online at minimum."
