"Absolutely horrible!! What happened to Burlington!?!? Horrible customer service. The place was completely trash cigarette butts on the ground. Not what it used to be!"
"In the last couple of years I've watched Burlington go down hill. After my trip today I will not be going back. The store is dirty and completely unorganized. Opened items and tags scatter the ground. Parents tend to let their kids run free at this store as if it's a playground. Today there was a line of around 30 people and two workers checking people out. Their low prices reflect the quality of their items. Not impressed."
