"The tech that serviced the heaters was amazing. But for the amount I spent, he was 2 hours late and there was no communication on this until I called. Myself and my tenant both took off work early so we could meet the tech. Communication is key for a great business and customer relations. Let's also add the $12 extra fee to pay with credit card. Considering the amount I spent I expected better. Once again the tech was friendly and thorough. I will though reconsider signing another contract next year."
