"I took my phone in to have the screen fixed. They took off the broken screen and replaced it with a new one. Apparently the new one was also broken so they placed my old screen back on the phone and returned it to me without telling me that the phone was worse than before and not able to be used. The person at the register stated that it was the manager who worked on my phone and that I could contact him the next day to find out when they could get a screen in for my phone and an explanation as to why I was not informed that the phone was even worse than before and in nonworking order. I called the next day and the manager was sick. I called several days in a row and even called corporate. Nothing was ever done. I never received a call back after leaving several messages for the manager or from corporate. I will never use U break I fix again. And I would not recommend them to anyone. I finally got my screen fixed at CPR Cell Phone Repair on Rock Road where they were respectful of my time, helpful, knowledgeable and good at what they do. Save yourself some heartache and forgo U Break I Fix. Go to CPR Cell Phone Repair. They will get the job done and do it right without the messiness and giving you the runaround. U Break I Fix was nothing but a disappointment in every way. Don't do it."

Took my iPhone11 in for cracked screen - said it would be done at 1:30 - returned at 1:15 and was told they were right in the middle of it that they had to put back together and calibrate would be 15 minutes min- I returned 20 min later, they brought my phone out screen was not replaced - screws were sticking out - they said it had corrosion from moisture and it fried the phone …so my phone worked perfectly just bad screen - now it doesn’t even come on thanks!"

Unfortunately, I have an issue with my battery and didn’t have the time to get it fixed today but will for sure be back in to get that resolved. Wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend."
