"I used to love this store, but a couple weeks ago I experienced the owner screaming at her employee over what seemed to be some incense?? The whole situation was so uncomfortable, so I left. Since then, I've heard a lot about how she treats her employees and it's absolutely awful. No wonder so many new faces appear. Great store and great employees, but absolutely terrible management. I will never come here again and support an owner like this."
