Unfortunately, they wanted me to absorb the full flat rate to drive to Orofino which is prorated depending on the amount of clients they had that day; which were zero. Went with another company that charges $150.00 (flat rate)."
"we didn't end up using this company for the issue with our A.C. / heat pump because when the girl called me back there soonest appointment was 3 weeks out. I'm sure if you're in no hurry & just need a servicing done they would've been fine but when it's 90° & your A.C. isn't working you can't wait 3 weeks."
