"Very fine area. Only thing is we got the buffet pizza and salad and rolls but they were basically gone when we went through and they didn't even make more so I recommend just ordering your own pizza."

"I haven't had Pizza Factory for over a decade, having moved to the west coast years ago. When I came to town and relatives suggested a pizza night I decided to get takeout, it was like a trip down memory lane. Pizza was every bit as good as I remember it being in my teens. I would give the place 5 stars but the arcade was a bit run down."
"We've been waiting for over an hour for 2 pizzas. Regardless of how good the pizza may or may not be, at this point, I can't in good conscience give more than 2 stars due to service issues. If, after we actually get to eat, the pizza is not worth the wait, I will have to reduce the number of stars. DO NOT BE IN A HURRY IF YOU COME HERE!!!! Update:. Pizza is pretty good. But waiting over 45 minutes for food to come, just to have our order wrong, then to have to wait an additional 45 minutes to get the correct food is unacceptable. (Mountain of sun dried tomatoes dumped on our pizza.)"
